These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of catsanddogsinbubbles.com and the grooming services provided by Cats & Dogs in the Bubbles ("we," "us," or "our"). By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We provide pet grooming services for dogs, cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs, including bathing, grooming, breed cuts, nail trims, and related upgrades. Services are subject to availability and the professional judgment of our groomers.

2. Appointments & booking

You can request an appointment through the online booking form or by phone. An appointment is confirmed when we accept and schedule it. Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

If you need to cancel, reschedule, or will be late, please contact the salon as soon as possible at 310-649-1585. Ask the salon about any cancellation, no-show, or deposit terms that apply to your appointment before booking.

4. Pricing & payment

Pricing depends on the selected service and your pet’s size, coat condition, and care needs. Contact the salon for a quote and current payment options. Ask about any additional services, charges, or deposit requirements before authorizing the service. This website does not publish a fixed price list.

5. Pet health & safety

• Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, sensitivities, behavioral issues, or history of biting before your appointment.
• Contact the salon before your visit to check any health, vaccination, or documentation requirements for your pet and selected service.
• For the safety of your pet and our staff, we may decline or stop a service if a pet is aggressive, unwell, or in distress.
• Severely matted coats may require a different service or shorter cut. Discuss your pet’s coat condition and available options with the groomer before treatment.
• Grooming is not a substitute for veterinary care. For medical concerns, consult your veterinarian before booking and discuss any special care needs with the salon.

6. Photo & media release

Please discuss photo or video preferences with the salon. Permission for public marketing use should be addressed separately from your grooming appointment.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Grooming results depend on your pet’s coat, health, behavior, and selected service. Tell the salon about any concerns before the appointment and contact us promptly if a concern arises afterward. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
